Ditch Crossings

Ditch Crossing / License Agreements:

1.               Please submit your request to info@thurmanmill.com. We require:

• • • Description of the crossing

    • Top-down view showing the path of the crossing.

    • Cross-section view showing the crossing. Crossing must be 10’ below the ditch.

2.               Thurman Mill will review and approve plans.

• • • Upon approval, Thurman Mill requires $150.00 Administrative fee payable to

                Thurman Mill Ditch Company

3.          Upon approval, contact Bryce Farris @ Sawtooth Law.

• • • Bryce will write up the license agreement.

    • There is additional charge levided and payable to Sawtooth Lawn for creating and recording the license agreement.
